## Profile

Technical Product Owner with 16+ years of experience in e-commerce. I co-founded and led one of Montreal's largest e-commerce agencies for over 12 years before a successful acquisition. Today, I support ambitious companies in building and scaling complex digital products — from initial concept (0) to launch (1) and beyond — following an iterative approach: build, measure, learn, adapt… and start over.

From the early stages, I define and track key post-launch metrics to evaluate performance, capture user behavior, and continuously feed a data-driven roadmap for product improvement.

With a strong background in both UX and software development, I translate business goals into scalable, high-performance, user-centered digital solutions.

I lead expert teams (senior developers, UX designers, strategists) on large-scale projects, including:
