About 

# Building digital products that scale.

Senior Technical Product Manager with 16+ years of e-commerce experience — from early-stage prototypes to high-volume B2C and B2B platforms.

## My story

I co-founded one of Montreal's largest independent e-commerce agencies and led it for more than 12 years before a successful acquisition. Along the way, I shipped hundreds of digital products for retailers, manufacturers and service businesses across North America and Europe.

Today, I partner with ambitious companies to take complex digital products from initial concept (0) to launch (1) and beyond — following an iterative, evidence-driven approach: build, measure, learn, adapt… and start over.

## How I work

I bridge UX, engineering and business strategy. I translate goals into roadmaps, roadmaps into specs, and specs into shipped, measurable outcomes. I write tickets your engineers will love and KPIs your CFO will trust.
